WHAT IS DEMO DAYS?

Demo Days is a 3-day event focused around outdoor industry leaders.

During the event product makers, influencers and dealers learn about new products and brands through keynote speakers, panel discussions, and interactive workshops taught by experienced instructors. Attendees will have the opportunity to network and exchange ideas, capture quality content, share experiences, and work together to find solutions to common challenges.

Our goal is that everyone attending will leave the event with new relationships, insights, and ideas to help their businesses thrive. Whether you're an established company in the industry or a startup, the Campfire Co-Op Demo Days is a must-attend event for anyone looking to drive innovation and growth in the outdoor space.

Yes
- All Dogs must be leashed, quiet, and cleaned-up-after at all times.
- Do NOT leave any animals unaccompanied in a vehicle at any time.
- Any dog that shows any aggressive behavior with be asked to leave the property.
Absolutely, but this is an adult environment so understand that we won’t have kid specific accommodations throughout the event.
Yes, we will have plenty of Porta-Potties on site.

Plan on bringing extra snacks and drinks. The event location is 20 minutes from the closest store or restaurant.

Delicious coffee will be free, courtesy of Bushcraft Coffee Co.
Well water will be available for free
Adult libations are sometimes consumed in the evenings
Vendors: Yes. There is a $500 Vendor fee required to setup a booth and display your products.
Media, Dealers & Influencers: No
Yes, but it very limited to specific carriers. Verizon has perfect service throughout the property.
Every other carrier is hit or miss depending on location. Most carriers have some sort of connection in our main field.

-Airport Shuttle - GROOME
(This shuttle drops you off in Athens which is about 20 mins from the event site. You will need to arrange a ride from the drop-off site.)

Vendors are encouraged to arrive as early as Thursday morning to set up. Everyone else can arrive starting Thursday morning - Friday morning. The event officially begins 9AM Friday, March 10th.
When you arrive, head directly to Check-In Booth. Here you will complete and sign our 2023 Liability Waiver and receive a your weekend credentials. To save time at check-in, we suggest completing this Liability Waiver before arriving.
(Every person 18+ on the property will need to sign this Liability Waiver)
